The West-sponsored Ukraine-Russia war can only be likened to an annoying gnat irritating the Russian bear’s ass. The ugly killing of innocents leaves no room for civility. It must stop!

This is a completely skeletonized version of a complex war. It favors life over killings and urgency to do right over political hankering. Oversimplified indeed. This is not a main stream media narrative. It integrates assessments of seasoned diplomats from outside the American power corridors.

Russia is irritated but does not have a compelling reason to stop the war.

1. Many Russian fighters are other nations’ mercenary for-hire fighters. This pool is not drying up because the fighters from Serbia, Montenegro, and other countries support Russia’s cause. Many others are fighting on Russia’s side because they dislike America and its allies, or are fighting because Russia pays well. Russia is not running out of foreign fighters.

2. Russia is importing ammunition from China, N. Korea, and Iran. These supplies are not running out any time soon. Plus, Russia’s air force and nuclear stockpiles are untouched. If Russia is pushed too far and it deploys nuclear weapons, the whole world will breathe the contaminated air. Russia will not be defeated on the battlefield before it destroys the planet! This is diplomatic wisdom from outside the Western circles.

3. Russia is energy independent. It is an energy superpower. It’s got oil, natural gas, and coal to sustain its trade, transport, and lifestyle. Oil profits have grown since the start of the war. Many of the same countries who purchased before the US led sanctions continue to buy more at higher price by going through broker nations. Some nations are buying at a discount and some nations have stopped or limited their purchases. Still Russia has plenty of customers for their energy products.

4. Russia’s economy is stable. Its food supply remains uninterrupted. The retailers have goods and buyers who are thriving and living well. Even tourism is thriving. The Western financial and banking restrictions failed. Russia and non-EU-US nations circumvented trading in dollars. Instead they developed new transaction tools in their own currencies and broadened and deepened their trade ties. Backed into a corner and unwilling to succumb to the West’s coercion to impose sanctions, the rest of the world developed an alternative trading mechanism. Their bilateral trade agreements now include new industries and goods. If the war continues and the non-Western nations continue to invest in this collaboration, it has the potential to further marginalize the dollar based trade transactions. The dollar has lost clout and the West’s influence has shrunk.

Reasons to act now!

One death is one death too many.

Russia justifies deaths as price to secure its territorial integrity against NATO’s threats. But the innocents in Ukraine have paid the price for pure political miscalculation to profit from war.

The reconstruction of Ukraine ruins will take decades to clean up explosives residues and make spaces safe to rehabilitate.

Karma.
Every death releases energy in the cosmos. We all breathe it. If we do nothing to stop it, we are complacent in the bloodshed, suffering, and pain. That energy will reach the skies and when rain falls on our plants and animals we eat, we will consume that suffering.

Do whatever you can to stop the killings of the innocents.

  1. Write to politicians. Write to your elected representatives, to NATO heads of states, and to Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy (Facebook Message Link) or Russia’s President Putin (Facebook Message Link).
  2. If you can’t do this, at least pray. Pray that politicians will see the saving of the lives of innocents as more important than their egos and the winning or losing of the war. Pray that more innocents will not die. And pray that those who are hurt will recover fully, and those who are dead will find peace.
  3. Even if you speak in the wind, say something to calm the cosmos and bring peace to the world.

Do something. Keep your conscience clean so you can wash off the painful energy unleashed in the cosmos by the killing of the innocents.

Keeping our physical bodies clean is basic hygiene, lest we fall sick. Living a mentally clean life is common sense. Otherwise we can’t live a healthy life. Keep yourself spiritually pristine to live your life to the fullest.
