Women have fought men’s brutality for ages. The birth control pill freed women from the fear of pregnancy and child-rearing responsibilities while still having intimacy. They have shown that they can exceed men in virtually any performance category they choose.
Now science says that older birth control pills contain synthetic male hormones that make women masculine in body and brain. Is this science or another way of selling the new versions of the pill?
More important than the question of enhanced masculine attributes in women, triggered by the pill, we will all do better to have more compassion and fairness in our lives.
