Media are complicit in their silence and delinquency!
– US Congress is unengaged.
– Department of Transportation is silent.
– Federal Aviation Administration saying nothing.
– International Air Transportation Association is absent.
– Boeing is reckless and irresponsible.
Is this what the conspiracy of silence looks like?
No media outrage for putting nearly 500,000 US domestic passengers at risk for flying these two airplanes every day.
Isn’t this a shame that this is happening in a country of free speech, truth-to-power preaching press, and politicians who pledge to protect citizens from harm.
If media had held leaders accountable, they would have called for:
– Grounding all airplanes of these two fleets worldwide
– Scrapping nearly 3000 airplanes worldwide.
Shame on the newsrooms and editorial editors who are silent and have shut their eyes, covered up their ears. Where is their loud advocacy of what’s right ethically and morally? Why aren’t they applying their investigative muscle to nail the murderers of 270 innocent lives? Why are they not calling out the US Congress and the FAA for their inaction?
